Advent Devotional Resources

For those of you who wish to celebrate the coming of the birth of Christ with a preparatory Advent devotional study here are a couple of free/affordable options coming to you from Anglican and United Church sources.

The Primate's World Relief and Development Fund is sponsoring a daily Advent study focusing on women of the bible and on the hopes and griefs in this time of climate crisis. Find out more about the "The Birth of Hope" study and register to receive an email each day in Advent. You will receive a reading, short reflection, prayer and PWRDF story every day during Advent.

From the United Church of Canada comes "What's Left of the Night", featuring reflections by 18 different writers. The booklet is inexpensive, however the shipping for only a few print copies doubles the price and they have a very limited supply. Another option is a digital copy which can be ordered here.
