There will be a congregational meeting before the Sunday service on October 20th, starting at 2:30 PM. It is being called to vote on the recommendation coming from the Profile and Search committee. There will also be information for each family about stewardship and finances looking toward 2025.

On September 25th, the legislation we have all been working for, Bill C-223 An Act to develop a national framework for a guaranteed livable basic income was presented for second reading in the House of Commons and, unfortunately, it was defeated. You can find the voting breakdown here.
