Celebrate the resurrection of Jesus as the sun/son rises on Port Hardy. Meet at the Kinsman pavillion in Tsulquate Park on the waterfront for a short worship service starting at 7 AM. Warm up afterwards by joining together for warm drinks and hot cross buns at St. Columba's Church. Everyone welcome.

Coffee time with hot cross buns (and lunch downstairs if you wish) after the service.

If you were unable to attend the World Day of Prayer service St. Columba's Church on March 1 you can still watch the service. The Women's Inter-church Council of Canada has produced a YouTube recording here. The theme focus this year is “I Beg You... Bear With One Another in Love” (Ephesians 4:1-3) and is written by the WDP Committee of Palestine. They were chosen to write the service in 2017 and spent a number of years writing the service. The Canadian committee has added a short prayer and update to the recording in mid-October before it was distributed.

Faith Tides is the official publication of the Anglican Diocese of Islands and Inlets. It is a space where people of faith and doubt can share their stories, challenge their perceptions and grow together.
